These terms cover D1FY Conversation Cards, run by D1FY Initiative, Kampala, Uganda. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: d1fyinitiative@gmail.com.

What this is

Free conversation cards to help people talk honestly. There is no sign-up, no payment and no subscription. You can skip any card.

Not medical advice

The cards are for conversation and peer support. They are not medical, psychological or legal advice and do not replace your care team. For medical decisions, talk to your doctor or diabetes nurse. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Who can use what

• Solo play and offline decks: everyone.
• Play together (online rooms): 18 and older only. You confirm your age before it opens. If you are under 18, please do not use it.

Playing together

• Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam or anything unlawful.
• What you type is visible to everyone in the room. Do not share another person’s answers or the transcript outside the group without their agreement.
• Do not type personal contact details or sensitive information about yourself or others.
• The host may end the room at any time. We may block misuse.

Our content

The cards, text, logos and design belong to D1FY Initiative. You may play, share links and use the cards in personal, community and non-commercial peer-support settings, with credit to D1FY Initiative. Do not sell them, or present them as your own.

The site has no user uploads. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email us with the details and the page address and we will review it promptly.

Availability and liability

We provide the site “as is”. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, D1FY Initiative is not liable for loss arising from using the site or from what other players say. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

How we handle data is explained in the privacy notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
